Swatch: Maybelline Drops of Jade

So I have a total weakness for black and white glitter. I also love milky glitter sandwiches so this one seemed totally up my alley!

This is three layers with topcoat. Isn't it lovely? Sadly, this mani didn't even last a day. I have not had chipping this bad on a long time. I know I'm hard on my hands but just one day is sad! I love the look so might try it again to see if the chipping was a fluke, if it isn't then this will just be used to make some purdy nail polish jewelry.

NOTD : Sinful Colors Rain Storm with Faceted

I'm alive! Ok kinda. Lol. Juggling 3 jobs and still getting over the evil cold of doom. But! My nails are cute. Yay?

Did a quick mani with a base of Sinful Colors Rain Storm. I love this color. It is the perfect dusty blue. I then topped it with Sinful Colors Faceted. I did one coat of Faceted and was a bit bummed the bar glitter was sparse on the brush. I think I chose the wrong base color as you can barely see the glitter. Or maybe I just need more glitter. You can never go wrong with more glitter.

I'm going to do my best to blog more often. I have soooo many polishes to share and products to review. I can't wait to share with you guys.

Review: Perlier Imperial Honey Body Butter

This product was provided by iFabbo free for review.  I am not affiliated with Perlier.  This is my honest review.

With all the body lotions I have tried, it amazes me that I have never tried a body butter.  I always thought they would be too thick and greasy and never gave them a second look.  But when iFabbo had one for review, I figured it was time to finally go for it and give one a try.

Initial Thoughts: This stuff is thick! I could hold the container upside down and shake it and nothing would happen.  It also melts into the skin much faster than I would have thought for something so thick.  The scent is is not what I would have expected.  I thought it would smell sweet like honey, but it has an almost woody scent to it.  The scent is really hard to describe.

Overall Opinion: This is very moisturizing.  I put it on in the morning and come night my skin is still soft.  It absorbs into my skin quickly.  The only thing that would keep me from buying this would be the scent.

Manicure Monday

Love this polish! It's like a birthday cake on my fingers. I got this lovely polish as part of a giveaway from Ahleessa 4 Realz. Everyone should check out her blog, its one of my faves!

Here is a pic without topcoat.  It is a sheer milky pink base with LOTS of glitter! This is with three coats.

NOTD : Featuring Sinful Colors Black Magic

Glitter!!! This polish is great. I did a base of black cream then did one coat of Black Magic. I did two layers on my ring finger, but the first coat was so dense you really can't tell there are extra coats. I skipped the top coat, I kinda liked the rough texture the polish had.

NOTD : Milky Glitter

I started with three coats if wet n wild megalast in Break the Ice, but it was still streaky *sad face*

So what's a girl to do? Add glitter of course! Topped it off with a layer of NYC sparkle top coat in Angel.

I wish more of the hex glitter came out, but it is still a really pretty combo.

Manicure Monday

Super simple mani today since I'm home sick *sad face* I got this value set at Walgreens a while ago and I'm finally getting around to a mani with it

I started with a base of Sugar Coat. This is a sheer milky color. It took about four coats to get rid of the streaks. I think day nails were smoother it would have been less streaky. I then did an accent nail with Sparkle and Grey. I wasn't very happy with how it looked so I did a milky jelly sandwich with another layer of Sugar Coat and man I love it!!
