NOTD : Milky Glitter

I started with three coats if wet n wild megalast in Break the Ice, but it was still streaky *sad face* 

So what's a girl to do? Add glitter of course! Topped it off with a layer of NYC sparkle top coat in Angel. 

I wish more of the hex glitter came out, but it is still a really pretty combo.

      I know! I will have to try it over dark polish and maybe do at least a second layer to make it more sparkly.
