NOTD Featuring Kawaii Nail Lacquers in Sailor Moon

I got this AMAZING polish in a mystery box. L O V E it. Not only is it adorable it's sailor moon!!! My walls were covered in Sailor Moon posters back in the day. I started with a base of Sally Hansen Xtremewear in Cherry Red. I then topped it with two layers of Sailor Moon. Loves!!! It has moon glitter!!
